(1).之前项目打包都OK，不知道咋回事，突然出现如下图的问题：

(2)上网查找了好多，一直没有解决，最后把本地maven库删除，重新运行了一遍，变成BUILD  SUCCESS,但是警告还是
The requested profile "pom.xml" could not be activated because it does not exist.
(3)最后走如下操作，警告会消失
右击项目----->properties------>搜索maven------>删除pom.xml,Apply即可，如下图

(4).最后，重新打包，就好了，如下图
