早上一运维同事说，一个报盘程序启动的时候报了"ESOURCE_LOCKED - cannot obtain exclusive access to locked queue '2484_0_00163'"，因为之前一直不管报盘的事情，后面仔细看了下，这个错误应该不是开发自己加上的，搜了下，是两个不同的运维同事登录，各自启动了一个程序所致，后面启动的那个就报这个错误，原因可见http://www.cnblogs.com/rader/archive/2012/06/28/2567779.html。
