在本地安装RabbitMQ Server教程以及可能遇到的问题及解决办法

1. Download latest erlang OTP platform from :
erlang：http://www.erlang.org/download.html
(The latest version otp_win64_21.0.1.exe has been uploaded to GIT repository)

2. Download latest RabbitMQ Server installer from :
rabbitmq：http://www.rabbitmq.com/download.html
(The latest version rabbitmq-server-3.7.7.exe has been uploaded to GIT repository)

3. Install Erlang OTP into D:\Software\erl10.0.1, and add a new system variable: ERLANG_HOME=D:\Software\erl10.0.1

4. Install RabbitMQ Server into D:\Software\RabbitMQServer\rabbitmq_server-3.7.7, and add a new system variable: RABBITMQ_SERVER=D:\Software\RabbitMQServer\rabbitmq_server-3.7.7
(Notice: Do not install the RabbitMQ Server into the path which contains space, like "C:\Program File\...", otherwise it will cause error.)

5. Run cmd.exe as Administrator.

6. Set the HOMEDRIVE variable to C disk instead of others(like x,u,...)
SET HOMEDRIVE=C:

7. Execute the following commands:
rabbitmq-plugins.bat enable rabbitmq_management
rabbitmq-service.bat stop
rabbitmq-service.bat install
rabbitmq-service.bat start

8. Enter http://localhost:15672 in the Web Browser and if you see the RabbitMQ homepage, the install is successful.
