maven创建web报错failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus

failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus:plexus:pom:2.0.5 from http://
 repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not
 be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced.
 Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus:pom:2.0.5 from/
 to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): connection timed out to http://
 repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/codehaus/plexus/plexus/2.0.5/plexus-2.0.5.pom

查看本地库该文件夹：少了jar等东西

于是本地安装，到http://mvnrepository.com/输入plexus搜索

然后在cmd中手动安装：

D:\repository\org\codehaus\plexus\plexus\2.0.5

Maven安装JAR包命令是：

mvn　　install：install-file -Dfile=jar包的位置 -Dgroup=上面的groupId -DartifactId=上面的artifactId -Dversion=上面的version -Dpackaging=jar

注意：1.-Dfile=jar包的位置 需要将jar包也写上

2.jar包不能放在要库里面

然后看D:\repository\org\codehaus\plexus\plexus\2.0.5
