(一)在控制节点上
1.安装的遥測服务
apt-get install -y ceilometer-api ceilometer-collector ceilometer-agent-central \
ceilometer-agent-notification ceilometer-alarm-evaluator \
ceilometer-alarm-notifier python-ceilometerclient
2.遥測服务使用数据库来存储信息。指定该数据库的配置文件。这些样例在控制器节点上使用 MongoDB 数据库:
apt-get install mongodb-server
注意: 作为文件的第一次開始,你必须创建 MongoDB 服务,停止服务并删除此更改生效的文件:
service mongodb stop
rm /var/lib/mongodb/journal/prealloc.*
service mongodb start
3、配置 MongoDB,使其监听控制器管理 IP 地址。(实例中连接mongodb有报错。提示no module bson.code,暂继续使用mysql)
vi /etc/mongodb.conf
bind_ip = 192.168.128.100
4、重新启动 MongoDB 服务,应用此配置变化:
service mongodb restart
5、创建数据库和 ceilometer 数据库用户:

6.创建 ceilometer 用户身份服务。使用 service 租户,给用户 admin 角色

你必须定义一个用作遥測之间的服务共享的密钥节点。使用 OpenSSL 生成一个随机的令牌。并将其存储在配置文件里:

(二)在计算节点上
1.安装计算代理遥測
apt-get install ceilometer-agent-compute
2.编辑/etc/nova/nova.conf
vi /etc/nova/nova.conf
[DEFAULT]

instance_usage_audit = True
instance_usage_audit_period = hour
notify_on_state_change = vm_and_task_state
notification_driver = nova.openstack.common.notifier.rpc_notifier
notification_driver = ceilometer.compute.nova_notifier
3.重新启动计算服务:
service nova-compute restart

(三)配置遥測 Image 服务
1、vi /etc/glance/glance-api.conf
notification_driver = messaging
rpc_backend = rabbit
rabbit_host = controller
rabbit_password = guest
2、重新启动新的设置:
service glance-registry restart
service glance-api restart
(四)加入块存储服务代理遥測
1、在控制节点和卷节点上加入[DEFAULT]部分:
vi /etc/cinder/cinder.conf
control_exchange = cinder
notification_driver = cinder.openstack.common.notifier.rpc_notifier
2、重新启动块存储服务。
在控制节点上:
service cinder-api restart
service cinder-scheduler restart
在卷节点上(volume node) :
service cinder-volume restart
(五)配置对象存储服务遥測
要检索对象存储的统计数据,遥測服务须要訪问对象存储与 ResellerAdmin角色。
给这个角色,os_username 用户。os_tenant_name 租户:
keystone role-create --name=ResellerAdmin

(2)您还必须加入遥測中间件对象存储来处理传入和出站流量
vi /etc/swift/proxy-server.conf

注:加入了ceilometer后,swift-proxy无法启动。原因未知
(3)重新启动其新设置的服务:
service swift-proxy restart
(六)验证遥測ceilometer安装
为了測试遥測安装,从镜像服务下载镜像,并使用 ceilometer 命令显示使用情况统计。
(1)使用 ceilometer meter-list 命令来測试:
ceilometer meter-list //列举全部測量值
ceilometer meter-list -q resource_id=XXX //列举某一实例測量值
ceilometer sample-list -m cpu -q resource_id=XXX //列举某一实例的cpu採样数据
ceilometer sample-list -m cpu_util -q 'resource_id=b7fc623d-1d4a-4ac7-b96b-78c9d921fa74;timestamp>2013-05-21T03:18:20;timestamp<2013-05-21T03:30:20'
ceilometer statistics -m cpu //列举实例的统计数据
ceilometer resource-list //列举全部实例列表
GET http://controller:8777/v2/meters 測试。暂不行,或许网络上的不正确,实际ceilometer命令验证都正常
